It's time for your Anne Arundel County Market Update for August 2023 brought to you by Kate Heath, REALTOR®. The active inventory is still down Year-over-Year. This limited inventory is offsetting increases in the rates and still making it a great time to sell and keeping the market strong for homes that are priced well to sell quickly and for top dollar. The median sales price has increased by 7%, while the days on market has decreased by 6% compared to last year to just 15 days on market. Keeping an eye on inventory, prices and avg days on market are all key indicators when listing your home.
